Options window can be activated by selecting the main menu item File|Options (Ctrl+O).

The sheet General allows you to set up common Handy File Tool settings.

Field	Description
Layout	This group allows to turn on and off visual parts of the Browser.
Show welcome screen	Shows welcome screen which contains helpful information.
Show drives buttons	Shows a bar with buttons for all drives.
Show drives combobox	Shows a dropdown box for drive selection.
Show status line	Shows the total number of files, and the number of selected files, and calculates the space they occupy.
Show Basket bar	Shows the total number of files and calculates the space they occupy in the Basket.
Show function buttons bar	Shows the function buttons bar at the bottom of the Browser.

To save the changed settings click on the button Save.
