Q: Can I process files from subfolders?
A:
You can send all files from folder and subfolders to the Basket drive [B+]. Just select the folder and click the button Send to basket or use Alt+F5 shortcut. After that set basket drive as current and select files which you want to process.

Q: What is a basket drive?
A:
Basket drive is a clipboard for files. It contains only links to files and it is helpful for work with files. Basket can contain links to files which are placing on different disks, even on a network drives. If you want to process files from several folders you can send all these folders into the basket. Just select folders and click the button Send to basket or through using Alt+F5 shortcut. After that set Basket drive as current and select files which you want to process. Moreover you can send files found by Finder into the Basket for processing them in the future.

Q: I have to check always the same folders, it's time consuming to change the folders all the time. How can I do it with one mouse click?
A:
To get quick access to the folders you can use a bookmarks in the Favorites list (use Ctrl+F shortcut to activate it). The favorites list allows to quickly switch between folders in the Browser.

Q: How to move program settings to another computer?
A:
All Handy File Tool settings are stored in the "hft.ini" file. Just copy "hft.ini" from HFT location one computer to another. See the folder [C:\Program Files\HFT\] to find "hft.ini" file.
